Before I came across Narelle, graphic design to me was a necessary evil. I could never seem to explain what I wanted clearly enough so that the person understood, and I would always be backwards and forwards with proof after proof. It was so frustrating. In addition, designers never seemed to respect that the images needed to be sharp, but not take away from the words that sell. This is always a challenge for a direct response marketer.
